Practical innovation.
Real-world impact.
Extreme Latitude Inc is an Alaska company working on housing solutions, hospitality, and strategic partnerships, with a focus on approaches that work in northern conditions.
What we do
One company, a few focused areas of work.
We work on problems we understand well from operating in Alaska: housing that is hard to deliver, places for people to stay, and partnerships that move projects forward.
Hospitality
CoziHaus is our hospitality brand. It offers thoughtfully prepared stays in Alaska with locally informed guest guidance.
Hospitality →Strategic Partnerships
We work with communities, organizations, and companies to test ideas against real Alaska conditions before anyone commits to them.

Housing that works this far north.
Alaska housing has to deal with remote logistics, short building seasons, and severe weather. We are looking for modular approaches that respect those limits.
